Call to make sure a doctor is in the office, but you don’t need an appointment.
Foreign Body Removal
A foreign body is something such as an eyelash, sawdust, sand, or dirt can that gets into the eyes. The main symptom is irritation or pain. The best thing to do is if you experience these symptoms don’t wait. Come into the office and we can remove it quickly for you. The longer it is in the eye, the more irritated the eye will become. If the foreign body causes a scratch on the cornea, we may put a bandage contact lens on the eye to alleviate pain.
If you’re ready for an alternative to glasses and/or contacts look to us for co-management of LASIK, cataract, and other ocular surgery.
